TERMS & CONDITIONS
You are entering into an agreement with the Single-Member Private Limited Liability Company named "DREAMSTAY SINGLE-MEMBER PRIVATE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY" (address: Kontokali, Corfu, VAT number: 801706451)
Please read the information carefully provided herein and verify the details stated in the booking confirmation as well as in the signed agreement.
YOUR HOLIDAY CONTRACT
When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation invoice. We reserve the right to correct errors or revise costs at any time prior to issue of the confirmation invoice. We also reserve the right not to accept any booking. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions which are governed by Greek Law and we both agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Greek Courts at all times.
YOUR SECURITY & FINANCIAL PROTECTION
DREAMSTAY has been registered with the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) and has been assigned registration number 161865633000.
PAYMENT
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining 50% is due up to 60 days before the Guest's arrival. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or in cash. The initial payment is not a security deposit. The booking will be considered definitively confirmed only after the customer pays the deposit within three (3) working days from the date we request the payment. If the payment is not completed on time as specified above, the reservation will be canceled.
For customers outside the Eurozone who choose to pay by credit or debit card, the transaction will be authorized based on the exchange rate applied by their banking institution on the day of the transaction. DREAMSTAY SINGLE-MEMBER PRIVATE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY has no influence or control over the exchange rate used by banks or credit card companies.
To avoid any additional charges due to currency conversion, customers have the option to make a bank transfer to our account in euros.
According to applicable European legislation, payments made by business credit or debit cards are subject to an additional charge of 3%. On the other hand, payments made by personal credit or debit cards are not subject to any additional charges.
In case the deposit has not been paid with the initial reservation, or the remaining balance has not been paid 60 days prior to arrival, the company will proceed with the cancellation of the reservation and the rental will be marked as "available" on the website.
We will never ask yoy to send all your credit card details via email, fax, postal mail, or any other unsecured means of communication.
Dreamstay assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from the transmission of credit card data unless explicitly requested by it.
LOCAL TAXES
From January 1st 2024 the Greek government has introduced an environmental tourist tax for villas of €10.00 per night irrespective of how many guests occupy the villa and the size of the property. This tax is not included in the final price and must be paid upon your arrival.
CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
Cancellation must be received in writing. In case of cancellation, any deposit paid is non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS BY US
If in the unlikely event your booked villa becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control you will have the choice of either accepting a change of accommodation offered (we will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value), or cancelling your booked accommodation and receiving a full refund of all monies paid.
Major changes may arise for example where property refurbishment is required, there is a breakdown of essential services (supply of electricity/water), blocked drains or property sale.
FORCE MAJEURE
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these Booking Conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage, loss or expense as a result of "force majeure". In these Booking Conditions, "force majeure" means any event or circumstances which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events are likely to include (whether actual or threatened) war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, volcanic eruptions, fire, flood, epidemic, closure, restriction or congestion of airports or airspace and all similar events or circumstances outside our control.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
All our exclusive properties are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure. (We try to be as flexible as possible should availability allow us, however some villa owners do make a charge if you wish to guarantee a late check-out).
BUILDING WORK
Dreamstay cannot be held responsible for building or construction work which may be taking place in the vicinity of your accommodation.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The maximum number of guests is limited to the occupancy which appears on our website and additional guests to that on the guest list are not permitted. Any type of function or event is strictly prohibited. People other than those in the guest party may not stay overnight in the property.
ALL THE EXTRAS / 3rd PARTY SERVICES (Chefs & Cooks/Shopping Delivery Service/Corfu Walking Tours/Boat Hire & Yacht Charters/Bicycle Hire/Nanny Services/Car Rental/Taxi & Mini-Bus Transfers) Please note that any additional services do not form part of our contract. These suppliers of extra services are purely recommended by Prestige Villas of Corfu Limited, your contract is between you and the supplier and any payments are to be made directly to the supplier.

LINEN CHANGE & HOUSEKEEPING
Please refer to the property description as each has a different House-keeping arrangement.
POOL SERVICE
Regarding the pool cleaning services that the accommodation may offer, please refer to the description of these services on our website.
We remind you that Dreamstay does not provide lifeguard / supervisor services. Therefore, the use of the pool is entirely at your own risk and with full assumption of responsibility.
EVENTS
Any form of event (e.g. reception, party, etc.) or professional activity (such as a conference, photoshoot, filming, etc.) is strictly prohibited unless prior explicit written consent has been granted by DreamStay.
PASSPORTS & VISA
It is the responsibility of the guest to check any Passport, VISA, health & immigration requirements well in advance of travel. For up-to-date information please visit your local government website for travel to Greece. Greece is a Member-State of the European Union and has signed the Schengen Agreement. While traveling within the E.U., you only need your Identity card. However, a passport is necessary for a number of other transactions, such as currency exchange, purchases, etc. Visas are not required by European citizens from countries that are part of the Schengen Area. Greece as a member of the Schengen Agreement, has abolished controls on common internal lands, at air and sea borders and allows Member-State citizens to travel around without a visa for a short stay period of up to three (3) months. However, keep in mind that airlines and other carriers require a valid passport and/or identity card. Citizens coming from countries that have not yet joined the Schengen Area may require a visa to enter Greece. The E.U. visitors from these countries can acquire further information from the Hellenic Embassies or Consulates in their countries, or from their travel agencies. Before visiting Greece, please consult the detailed information on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' website and find out whether you require a Visa. Note: During your stay in Greece, if you require a Visa, you are advised to have suitable insurance coverage for emergency medical or other needs.
PHOTOGRAPHS
These are intended to give an overall impression rather than details of a specific resort or villa. Dreamstay is not liable for any items of furniture or chattels, which appear in the photographs, which may have been changed or removed from the villa and any aspects of the villa environment which may have changed since the photographs were taken.
REVIEWS
Reviews are genuine and are purely the independent opinion of guests who have stayed at the property.
SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY
The Villas are privately owned. Βoth Dreamstay and the Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or using its facilities. Both Dreamstay and the Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation and making payment, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Any accidents, injuries, illness or damage must be reported to Dreamstay during the stay.
Reminder to only use appliances for their intended uses.
Any person entering the swimming pool or the Jacuzzi Hot Tub (where applicable) are advised by virtue of this notice that they are utilizing such facilities entirely at their own risk and that they are fully aware that there are no life-saving facilities of any nature provided and therefore indemnify the owners of this facility in full and shall have no claim of whatsoever nature against the owners including any claim from any injury/ bodily harm/death and or/loss of property which could arise from the use of this facility. Any person using the swimming pool area is reminded that they should not enter the swimming pool having consumed alcohol or drugs. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance which will cover you for any eventuality
Τhe use of any facility of the accommodation is entirely at your own risk.
Reminder: You are responsible for any minors staying with you during your stay.
It is your responsibility to supervise any minors who are staying with you, ensuring their safety at all times while on the property.
